Men’s League 2025
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A VALID INDIANA GOLF ID NUMBER. It doesn’t have to be from Wood Wind, but must be active. Monday & Wednesday Leagues utilize our Golf Genius tournament software. Any players without a handicap will receive -0- strokes for their match. You are welcome to pay $35/person to activate a handicap, or use a handicap from a different course.

MEN’S CLUB FORMAT
The Men’s Club at Wood Wind now has 4 different 9-Hole Leagues (Two Monday & Two Wednesday, each Shotgun Starts @ 6:00 p.m.) and a combined Saturday tournament schedule.
LEAGUES
The Monday League will consist of two leagues of 20 Teams of 2-5 players (American & National Leagues), and Wednesday Nights will have two leagues of 20 teams each (American & National Leagues). Two players from each team participate in the match each week. Teammates not participating in the official match are welcome to participate in the weekly games and sub for other teams. Two points are available per hole…18 points per match. The maximum points you can receive is 15 for any week… (Example: Final score would be 15-0, or 15-2 if you blow out a team.)
MEN’S CLUB FEES
$450/team. Fees are used to pay for use of Golf Genius tournament software, the year-end banquet dinner, regular season and playoff payouts, prize pool for weekly games, and Saturday Men’s Club tournaments. Each team will also receive 1 Dozen Callaway Golf Balls with your team name imprinted.
INDIVIDUALS
Individuals may join the Men’s Club. With your $125.00 entry, you may play as a substitute, participate as an extra in the weekly games, and play in the weekend tournaments.

DATES/TIME
The Monday League will start April 14th and the Wednesday League will begin April 16th. Both nights will have a 6:00 pm shotgun start. The regular season will conclude in mid-September with the final playoff matches and banquet taking place in late September. Starting times will be adjusted earlier for sunset during the playoffs, along with the possibility of added rain dates.
NO SHOW & SUB POLICY
If you need one sub for the week, your sub will be docked strokes based on their handicap. Subs are not guaranteed, please let the golf shop know in advance, if you know your team will need a sub. If two subs are required for your team, you will receive no points for the week. You cannot add players to your team after Week 9. If your team plays against a team with 2 subs, you are guaranteed 10 points and then can accumulate more based on your play for that evening.
GREEN FEES & WEEKLY GAME
$34.00 per night includes golf and cart. The weekly game of Team Low Net is included in the $450 League entry Fee, as well as a Low Gross Team winner each week! Skins & Closest To The Pin is collected in CASH before Week 1 of the season. $210 CASH (21 weeks x $10 per week) will need to be paid to the golf shop if your team wants to get into the Skins & Closest to Pin Pot for all season. Your team is either all in or all out for Skins/CTP pot. Extras can pay $5 Cash the night of League to get into the Skins/CTP pot for that week. If your team opts to not pay the $210 cash before the season begins, you cannot be in Skins/CTP for the season. There will be a year- long Hole-In-One pot of $20 per person that you can sign up for at any point in the golf shop. Hole-In-One pot can be Cash or CC.
PLAYOFFS
The top 8 teams in each league (Mon. American, Mon. National, & Wed. American, Wed. National) will make the playoffs, 32 teams total. Tie breakers for the final spot(s) will be broken by how they performed against the #1 team in your division, next tie breaker is head to head match between the tied teams if applicable, and the final tiebreaker will be how they performed against the #2 team in your division. The Monday/Wednesday combined playoff dates will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 17th, at 5:45 p.m. (barring any rain dates).
